Later, the court will consider a motion to arrest the former deputy head of the capital’s migration department, Dmitry Takhtaulov, and entrepreneurs Andrei Shkolnikov and Vitaly Abramov. The Investigative Committee (IC) indicts all the accused under Section 2 of Art. 322.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (organization of illegal migration).
