Russian troops continued shelling residential areas and civilian infrastructure the previous day, local authorities said.

“In the Horlivskyi direction, Kostyantynivka was hit by 3 artillery shells and 5 volleys from Hurricanes with cluster munitions – 1 person died, 5 were wounded. 20 private homes, a multi-storey building, a school and a shop were damaged. Another house was partially destroyed in Mykolaivka. It is known that in Bahmut 2 civilians were injured, 3 high-rise buildings and 2 private houses were damaged,” he said.
